These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Camera Smart Creator (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including our coaching programs, group cohorts, corporate trainings, materials, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our Services.

1) Services Offered

Camera Smart Creator provides virtual coaching and training for content creators and business owners, including:

One-on-one coaching programs (6 weeks)

Group coaching cohorts (6 weeks)

Corporate training programs (custom timeline and deliverables)

All services are delivered virtually unless otherwise stated in writing.

2) Payment Terms

Payment is required to reserve your spot in any program or training.

We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor.

By purchasing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout, including any payment plan installments if applicable.

If you are on a payment plan, you agree to make all payments on time. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

3) Refund Policy

We offer the following refund policy:

Full refund available if requested before the first session begins.

No refunds after the program or training begins, including for partial attendance, missed sessions, scheduling issues, or failure to complete the program.

4) Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your participation before the first session begins for a full refund.

Once the program begins, cancellations are treated as a voluntary withdrawal and no refunds will be provided.

If you cancel after the start date, you may lose access to program materials and sessions (at our discretion).

5) Service Delivery (Zoom / Virtual Sessions)

All coaching and training is delivered virtually via Zoom unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for having reliable internet access and a working device.

You understand that session recordings may be provided when relevant (but are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing).

6) Client Responsibility

Coaching requires participation, effort, and follow-through. You agree that:

Your outcomes depend on your commitment and implementation

You are responsible for your own progress, decisions, and actions

7) Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Camera Smart Creator (including but not limited to videos, slides, worksheets, frameworks, scripts, templates, and training recordings) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Camera Smart Creator.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or resell materials

Share logins, program resources, or recordings with non-participants

Use our materials to create competing products or trainings

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license for educational purposes only.

8) Limitation of Liability

Camera Smart Creator provides coaching and training for educational purposes only.

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages resulting from your participation.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, revenue increases, or business performance.

You agree that you are solely responsible for your actions and decisions during and after the program.

If liability is found, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.

9) Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, you agree to contact us first and make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally:

The dispute will be handled through binding arbitration or small claims court (where applicable), depending on jurisdiction and eligibility.

You agree not to participate in class-action claims against Camera Smart Creator.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above.

Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
